Flood preparations
Many are predicting high water and possible flooding again this Spring. Now is the time to check on tanks that might be affected. If you are installing or servicing LP tanks in a flood plain make sure they are anchored properly.
NFPA 58 - 6.8.1.6 Where necessary to prevent flotation due to possible
high flood waters around above ground or mounded containers,
or high-water table for those underground and partially
underground, containers shall be securely anchored.
